Introduction

By accessing or using the Ayubal Wellness website, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully.

Documents Required from Client for Processing the Order

  1. Authentic Purchase Order
  2. Registered FSSAI Number
  3. Company Logo
  4. Firm Full Name
  5. CIN No.
  6. GST No.
  7. Complete Registered Address
  8. Customer Care E-mail ID
  9. Company’s Website Address
  10. Customer Care Number
  11. Registered trademark details (Name, Logo, Product Name)

Note

  • Quotation and Initial Payment
    Upon providing the requested business details, you will receive a formal quotation from us. Your acceptance of the quotation, along with a 50% payment of the quoted amount, is compulsory to commence work on the order.
  • Authenticity and Legal Responsibility
    If any information, legal documentation, trademark, or license provided by you is found to be unauthentic, illegal, or fraudulent, you will be responsible for any legal action taken against you by the authorized department or jurisdiction.
  • Trademark Liability
    Registered trademarks, whether for brand or company, are the sole responsibility of the client. Ayubal Wellness will not be liable in any manner.
  • Return Policy
    Products once sold will not be accepted for return.

 

Payment Terms

Payment Schedule

  • 50% payment must be made along with the Purchase Order.
  • The remaining 50% payment must be completed before dispatch.
  • Product dispatch is scheduled approximately 15 days from the start of production.

Additional Charges

  • Packing charges (Outer Box, Label, Tube) are extra and must be paid in advance.
  • Packaging costs (Outer Box, Label, Tube) are to be paid upfront.

Lab Reports and Production Videos

  • Lab reports or production videos are available only on prior request and are chargeable.

Advance Payment

  • Advance payment is non-refundable under any circumstances.

Product Non-Receipt

  • If the goods are not received within 30 days after manufacturing, the payment shall be considered void.
  • Ayubal Wellness reserves the right to destroy the product (45 days for tube packaging).

Quotation Validity

  • Each estimated quotation is valid for 7 days from the date of issuance.

Orders Below 1.5 Lakh

  • For orders with a value less than 1.5 Lakh, the advance payment required is 75%.

New Packaging Material

  • If new packaging material is required, a procurement time of 15 days is needed.
  • 100% of the packaging material cost must be paid upfront and will be deducted from the final invoice amount.

New Formulation

  • For new formulations, a minimum of 15 days is required for the R&D process.
  • A payment of Rs. 25,000 as a Token of Intent towards the purchase of the product is required. This amount is non-refundable.

Dispatch Quantity

  • The dispatched quantity may differ by (+/-) 1% from the quantity ordered in some cases.

Marketing Material

  • Marketing material used for online or print media must be approved by Ayubal Wellness before publication.
  • Ayubal Wellness is not responsible for any claims related to published content.

Taxes

  • GST extra as applicable.

Delivery Terms

  1. Product Label Design
    • The product label design will be shared within 5 days of order confirmation, provided in the form of a Purchase Order, advance payment, and all necessary documents required to work on the design.
  2. Personalized Tube Manufacturing
    • For personalized tube manufacturing, the design must be approved by the Client. Printing and manufacturing of the tubes may take up to 30 working days after approval.
  3. Final Order Dispatch
    • The final order will be dispatched within 15 days (30 days for tubes) from the date of design approval and material procurement, provided the balance payment is made as per the Payment Terms.
  4. Single Point of Contact (SPOC)
    • To avoid any delays, the Client needs to assign a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for coordination throughout the production process.
  5. Interest on Pending Payments
    • If the final payment is pending on the date the product is ready to be dispatched, an interest of 2% per day will be levied on the pending amount.

Transportation

  1. Transporter Selection
    • The transporter will be decided with the consent of the buyer.
  2. Liability for Damage
    • The manufacturer is not liable for any damage to products during transportation.
  3. Transportation Charges
    • Transportation charges must be fully borne by the buyer ex-factory.
  4. No Returns or Exchanges
    • Once sold, the product will neither be taken back nor exchanged with any other product.

Legal Terms and Conditions

  • All legal matters shall be  subject to Jaipur Jurisdiction.
